Shipments and returns

Please reach out within 7 days of receipt of the item at support@hagfish.us to discuss any returns. Items are shipped from various locations, and the ability to accept a return, and the address to return it to, may vary depending on the type of issue you have and where it was shipped from.

Items sealed in original packaging will often be given a full refund, while opened items might only be partially refunded depending on return reason and condition of the item. Please keep in mind that these items are sold to generate money for various causes, and any costs associated with returns takes funds away from these causes, and not from a large international reseller.
