They never knowingly operate or behave in such a way as to lessen the pleasure of others.

They offers loyalty, encouragement and support to other amateurs regardless of race, religion, affectional orientation, gender identity, national origin, or any other characteristic that makes us unique.
PROGRESSIVE…
They keep their station up to date, well built, and efficient. Their practices both on and off the air are above reproach.
FRIENDLY…
They operate slowly and patiently when requested; offer friendly advice and counsel to beginners; kind assistance, cooperation, and consideration for the interests of others.
BALANCED…
They never let the radio hobby and service interfere with duties owed to family, career, school, or community.
PATRIOTIC…
They are always ready to use their skills in service of country and community when the cause is moral and just.
